Nate Foerg answers his phone.  Since 2006, Nate has maintained a reputation for being always accessible and service-oriented.

Nate Foerg knows Ann Arbor.  Born here in 1975, educated at Burns Park, Greenhills, and Community High, Nate is a true townie.  He not only knows Ann Arbor...he is Ann Arbor.

Nate Foerg participates in his community.  Active with the Ann Arbor Summer Festival and Kiwanis, Nate enjoys his part in making Ann Arbor the only place to live.

Nate Foerg knows houses.  Growing up in a family of incurable remodelers, Nate wielded a hammer at age 3, and built a playhouse when he was 8.  He knows how houses live, and how we live in houses.

Nate Foerg gets the market.  It's the only market he's ever known, so foreclosures, short sales, distressed properties don't faze him.  And he understands the challenges faced today by both sellers and buyers.
